Strawberry Milkshake

This is my kid’s favourite! Great snack at all age! A good recipe to talk about fractions too.

Makes 1
Preparation < 5 minutes


  • 1/4 or 1/3 banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 or 3/4 cup milk (or plant milk)


  1. Put the 3 ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.

You can vary this recipe with any berries or fruits you like, like raspberries, mango, peach, etc. Some fruits don’t mix very well with milk so I don’t recommend hard fruits like apple and pear or acidic fruits like orange and kiwifruit!
You can use less milk to make it thicker.
